Our Initial Consultation is the first step toward finding the right training plan for you and your dog. We’ll discuss your concerns, training goals, your dog’s history and behavior, and any challenges you’re experiencing. This allows us to better understand your needs, answer questions, and recommend the best Lead & Learn K9 training program moving forward.
Puppy Foundations
5 1hr Lessons
Our Puppy Foundation Program helps build a strong start for your puppy through essential skills, structure, and confidence. We focus on age-appropriate training including basic commands, leash skills, potty and crate training, socialization, manners, and preventing common unwanted behaviors before they become habits.
Basic Obedience
6 1hr Lessons
Our Basic Obedience Program builds reliable everyday skills and better communication between you and your dog. Training focuses on essential commands, leash manners, impulse control, proper greetings, and creating consistent behaviors that make life together easier and more enjoyable.
Advance Obedience
6 1hr Lessons
Our Advanced Obedience Program takes your dog’s existing skills to the next level by building greater reliability, focus, and self-control. Training focuses on advanced commands, increased distractions, distance and duration work, off-leash reliability where appropriate, and dependable obedience in real-world situations.
Behavior Modification
8-12 1hr Lessons
Our Behavior Modification Program addresses challenging behaviors such as fear, anxiety, reactivity, aggression, and other behavior concerns. We focus on identifying what is driving the behavior and creating an individualized training and management plan to help your dog build confidence, develop healthier responses, and improve everyday life for both dog and owner.
Service Dog Training
120 hrs of Lessons
Our comprehensive Service Dog Training Program provides individualized training to develop the obedience, public-access skills, and disability-related tasks needed for service work. Training is tailored to the handler’s specific needs and the dog’s abilities, with an emphasis on reliability, confidence, appropriate public behavior, and practical real-world skills.
